..the old models of the xbox 360 overheat a lot more than the new models because one of the chips were put to close to the fan engine..the new 360s hav had this sorted out..u can tell if u hav one of the newer models just by looking on the back..if u have 5 ports (ethernet, usb, A/V, Vga, Power) then u have the newer model..if u have only 4 ports...(ethernet, usb, A/V, Power) with no VGA port..then u have the older model..i myself have the older model..but it works fine.

they've never been this technologically advanced before. Consoles in the past have never tried to cram the space, and usually couldn't overheat in the first place. Yes the ps3 is also a well spec'd machine, but its a different casing and a different cooling system, so if i am right about where your putting the console, then the ps3 may not have the same issue.

after finally taking the plunge on blu-ray, i got a ps3.and i must say the user interface was a step backwards to what im used to on the xbox. the user interface does not flatter, and often gets lost in the background when I use a custom background. the menu systems are endless, i dont know which is worse, having the original xbox blade system group and organise everything a few clicks away, or have the ps3 list a hundred items one click away.

then theres definitely something wrong with where you're keeping it. Anyone i know, its taken 2 years for it to break, and thats only 2 of the 15 - 20 people i know who have an xbox. One of the biggest mistakes made is people keeping it next to a radiator, it doesnt matter what ur hardware is, it won't like that. Also if your room temperature is particularly high that's not good either for the lifetime of any hardware.

I remember when i got the first xbox the day it came out and I payed $300 for it. Of course after 3 weeks after my year warranty the little red light came on and the shit failed. So I called microsoft support to see what I could do and they told me that they could fix it but It would cost as much as buying a new one. This time the next gen console I bought was a ps3 and I got a three year warranty.

This console wars BS is just hilarious to me. The only thing i want my console to do, is play great GAMES!, THE END. To me, the "best" console is one that since launch has produce a steady stream of great GAMES to play. If you boast about the Brand, the graphics, and the "potential" then your missing the point about being a gamer. I go where the games are. ps3 is way more powerfull although it has shitty games and some developers don't bother polishing their shit up for the ps3 cuz not many people have em cuz of the price, it's why xbox fan boys always compare games that the developer perfers the xbox on, and besides an xbox sounds like a constant vacum in your room, for me i prefer my pc cuz i can run everything those consoles can except better, consoles are for people who can't afford good pc's, notice the cheapest one always prevails.

Alright I think there been MISUNDERSTANDING here, I never declared X360 was the worst console ever existed and should not be used. X360 does have some advantages especially for young developers such has XNA & to simplify TORQUE ENGINE XNA for the 360. This system does have few great games (fable 2, GOW2, HALO 3) & inside xbox is fantastic & better then Qore. But don't insult ps3, it has more demos, firmware updates, linux, free online on dedicated servers, awesome games & so on. Your choice =).

Dam u can't talk properly without an insult, it's sad. I could of misunderstand your post but if that's the case then it's my fault. And we all care about blu-ray it doesn't just let us watch hd movies which is awesome, but watch hd trailer, previews, developers in game. But blu-ray also gives 7.1 channel surrounding, make games last more longer and a higher texture resolution. And we have much more then blu-ray (wi-fi, bluetooth, motion sensor, firmware updates better GPU & CPU...) End this.

You have to think Sony in new to online gaming and Microsoft has been doing online gaming for a generation. XBox does not have better exclusive. They have Halo 3 which sucks. Gears & Gears 2 which are okay not a GREAT game despite the 9.5s. Fable 2 which was crappy. Mass Effect which was beautiful but we have Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid. We have updates too. But Sony has nothing big to fix so that's' why they don't update seasonly. It all comes down to which games you like.

U don't get updates rofl, i know because my brother has a 360. It's actually this fall that you will get finally an update but which is great but not awesome. And we don't lag, gears lag and to get to their servers is a pain. Xbox live doesn't have more features, dude stop, I know xbox360 more than you. Inside xbox360 is fantastic and dominate ps3 qore, but still that isn't worth 60$ and i could by pass it. Ps2 online 4 years, ps3 1 year, X360 8 month. And sony servers don't lag. Check ps3 09!!!

I think it might depend on an individual view wich game is best. Persnally I think that the features of Fable 2 is better, but as far as I know, then Story isn't as long as in the original. I might not be the best to say, as I haven't completed any of the full stories, but this is based mostly on walkthroughs.

Well, as far as i know, your choise of being good or evil in one specific part of childhood, will change the town of Bowerstone when you return as a grown-up. There might be some other quests that will change the future depending on your choise, but this is the only one I know of right now.

Anyone know what the AI in this is going to be like? Because, even though you could be good or evil in the first Fable, it didn't affect the outcome of the game. The outcome was always the same, you fought the end boss in the same way. I just hope this is a little more satisfying.

werehog stages were immediate fail to me, especially on some parts where I accidentally fall into pitfalls trying to solve these 'puzzles' only to have to fight the enemies all over again, or have such little health with no rings to heal myself with that it breaks the fine line of challenging to frusterating. On the daytime levels, wasn't too thrilled about the freerange to side scrolling action that happened randomly through the levels, could have lived without that.

I personally think that this was one of the better Sonic games. Sure, the werehog stages were very long but the daytime stages were excellent. Sure the game had it's problems but what game doesn't. Its a Sonic Game for Christ sakes. Give it a break. If you're a true Sonic fan you will see that because of this game, future sonic games have Endless Possibilities.

In my opinion, the wii version wasn't made to be as good as the 360 version. Wii graphics aren't good (dont compare games by graphics XD) and some people aren't very in to the speed types but wii doesn't overwhelm you. It's a nice start for people getting into the whole Sonic thing. Sonics about speed but sometimes, in a game it's too much. 360 is good for Sonic fans for super ultra speed while wii is just a start. Not only that the wii can't handle much graphics, and music is the same =_=

Ok Sonic Unleashed for Wii and ps2 suck for these reasons: 1: Music in stages are so dull and unmotivating. 2: Stages are short as HELL (TAKE ME SERIOUSLY) compared to 360 version. Most noticable #3: the graphics are the worst becaus of the Wii not being able to know what NEXT GEN means!!! I don't blame PS2 because theirs no way they could improve the graphics.
