so is it just "ridiculous" amounts you're worried about? there are definitely cheap ways to go all the way up the bridge, it just takes longer. the expensive way comes through the professional auditing where it's personalized instead of twinned up auditing back and forth. not only this, but there are huge campaigns spreading the tech. all libraries in the world have almost been filled, churches worldwide, etc. but yes, materials don't sprout out of no where, they cost money.

That was a complete set up when they said that the guns were in the vault, the bank meant their central gun vault and moore had actually filled out paperwork weeks in advance and asked them to specially have the gun at the bank so he could be filmed receiving it and walking away with it.
