they actually have nothing in commON. people over time have put connotations on them, but if two people want to have sex with each other and know and love each other and aren't married, then there is nothing wrong with that. but christianity and other languages have put negative connonations on sex because the people who wrote it were backwards thinking prudes, even for their times
