That may be true, but that is only about the photos that are allowed in court. There are so many bullshit reasons for a judge to exclude legitimate evidence. For example, if the defendant had a picture with incriminating evidence that the police found while executing an arrest with the defendant, it would most likely be thrown out of court because they did not use a search warrant to find it.

the picture cant be cross examined your right because a picture does not lie. that's why its great evidence in court. photo's and video get over 95 percent conviction rate.

That's because people who don't need them are usually parked there to get a few meters closer to the store! There have been plenty of times we've driven around parking lots for 30 minutes or longer trying to find a parking spot where I could get my wheelchair in and out or the car. The problem with parking further away from the store is then you have to go behind the cars and you can't be seen because your under 5 feet tall and people don't bother looking behind them before they back up.

A lot of the machines allow you to plug in headphones now and listen to what is on the screen. If they don't you just have to get someone to tell you what order the options come up and remember them for the other times you use the atms alone.

actually the picture can be thrown out in court as inadmissable. you can't crossexamine a camera, the woman would have to be there to testify. & I doubt she'd want to spend the morning in traffic court.

True, but I never see anyone with a wheel chair in those spots it's always the Extremely fat woman who can walk but won't. I always see the people with wheel chairs having to park out in the end of the lot so they have an empty space next to them. I had a friend in high school who was in a wheel chair.

The parking spots are there not just to be closer to the stores etc., but they also have space so we can actually get in and out of our cars with a wheelchair. When we are behind cars in parking lots the drivers can't even see us because we are so short. If the parking spots weren't there we would have no spaces big enough to get out of our cars.

Most wheelchair users don't use wheelchair lift equipped vans. Mostly only people who use power wheelchairs do. When you use a manual chair you usually just keep it on the front or back seat of your car.

I've never seen a wheelchair lift equipped van in a handicapped parking space. It's always the 450lb. woman who is going to get the electric scooter when she gets in the store so she doesn't have to walk. Allergic to exercise. the real handicapped have to park way at the end of the lot because 2 ton tina took their space. they hand out those little wheelchair mirror signs to anyone.
