I haven't personally used a Miko or Neko, but from the video info, he's using Steinbergs Nuendo software combined with the Miko and its dj controls. So there might be a software or vst that he's using within the Miko. Softwares you might look into include: Cue 5, Tork, Mixmeister Fusion DJ, Traktor Pro, and Digidesign Transfuser. Check them out and take your pick.
