I was there - It was magical! We waited around after Franz Ferdinand, so we could be as close to the stage as possible - I estimate we got within 10 feet. Police-shmolice! We chanted and sang for four hours until Wayne came out and they "sound checked" "War Pigs" (shhhh, don't tell anyone). The guy in the Superman suit tossed out laser pointers. I still have mine. I've always wanted to be one of the sexy alien chicks dancing on stage. Alas, I am endowed with a Santa Claus chick body instead.

Bonaroo hasn't been getting more "mainstream", it's just become less of a hippie monopoly, and that's a good thing.
