yea i feel you... but Hall is OFTEN imitated by many. he just can't be duplicated. you can see the influence in tye's music to a certain extent. but this does put you in the mind of Still Have Joy..lol

Is it me or does james hall happen to be a huge influence on tye tribbett's sound. I'm a musician and i here alot of where tye's style came from. I'm not bringing tye down so i don't want anyone to go there all i'm saying is, I love the idea of how the sound gifted from GOD to man has a way of makin the spirit move through-out your body into ur soul and cause the flesh to obey by making you shout. That's why i love that style.

You are telling the truth... they do sound good... but there is a big dif between the anointing and being able to just sing well... Fantasia can sing her butt of but it dont mean she has the anointing...

lw: i feel you..there is something wrong about wearin shades in the house of God..it all has to do with revrence and respect...quench not the Holy Ghost...the smallest thing can offend the Holy Spirit..its just all about respect.And as for the gay tenors..ya'll may be right, but lets pray for their deliverance..i'm a HUGE James Hall fan, but truth is truth...and thruthfully i believe that they battle with that spirit and we just need to stand in the gap and intercede....
