~ I view this video as true the only aspect I would differ in is keeping quite, I say that because how many times have you had them knocking at your door, person...ect well. I say "them" to name the white lighted occultist or people on a mission (they know who they are) - I know my history enough to dispute and awaken the ridged - again I know secrecy is standard but I also know there are people who would change the wills of millions if given the chance ~

What's your take on the relevance of secret societies; Freemasons, Rosicrucians, Knights Templar etc. concerning the history of western civilization and the western occult tradition? The experience of the left hand path is an unfortunate and yet necessary stage in our spiritual development - it can teach so much because of the immeasurable suffering it causes, both to us and to others. The point she's getting at, is what I tend to call the "Dumbing-down of the Occult". You have chain book stores with dozens of low-grade "occult" books, with little or no value. The SRW's, the "ecclectic, solitary Wiccans", and the Vaudeville "psychics" of the world have a sympatico relationship, in that because people will "buy into" anything, they will "buy" anything. As she said, the Occult is to be taken seriously, and not entered into for vanity, as a game, or for profit.

This video is a good primer for those interested in studying the Occult arts. I think all points were very valuable. I even find that at times I find myself neglecting the most fundamental of them, and I've (even if not for the entirety, with complete seriousness) been studying the Occult for 12+ years now. Kudos!

Thank you for the thoughtful, intellugent reply to my question. Let me further ask you this: after having studied and having personal experience in Central and South America among various entheogen using shamanic tribes, how do you feel about the careful, respectful employment of entheogens - especially in regard to acts of magick and interfacing with such entities as Goetic spirits (etc)? Shamanism, witchcraft, and much ancient magick have esoteric roots in entheogens. Thanks again.
