It's kind of odd how I became a fan of them, at first I heard it on the radio and just fell in love with her voice, then I watched the video and of course found her to be attractive, then to learn they're a christian group just added to it. Doesn't get much better than flyleaf.

mann i've seen so many of these videos, but in this one i paid attention to the lighting and stuff. during the beginningand through the solo its sorta darkish then the bridge "here she stands today, in her brilliant shining way, stronger than her pain, in her brilliant shining way" then the lights are bright and stuff just like the music vid idk, made it that much better for me

From what I read, I think it was a combination of both. But I know she was hoping to sing more in the future; she was getting lessons and whatnot. Maybe she'll at least sing on the albums more; that way she could record it and then record the guitar. I just really hope she gets the confidence to sing more; I know what it's like to be insecure in your voice but still want to sing. She has a beautiful voice, so hopefully she'll gain more confidence from the crowds' reactions.

It makes me sad too, I want to know the lyrics. I feel that the intro was written with the previous events in mind. They are such an amazing group of people, with beautiful minds and souls. Their music never fails to be generous emotionally. It is so beautiful. I want them to release this version as a studio recording! And as a single! And make a video!
