Vista performs things called "prefetch and superfetch" as well as indexing and vista's setting really destory these drive's performance... not to sound like a fanboy, but OCZ has a forum article about tunning vista for these drives, and i'm guessing it works very well, i looked over it and its pretty smart thinking.
