Ok. So the reporter notices the trash bag with "Black Male" written on it, but he doesn't notice the sign that says "White Liars" signed by one of the Patterson's girlfriend (Pattersons = the neighbors). If it was the black family doing it would it be racism, or a hate crime? Just like they can call us crackers or any other name, but if we call them a name it's instantly hate or racism.
