The indians accually used the wikiup in almost dessert like conditions or in any sitiuation where the sun and heat were bigger concerns than the weather. They made it using mainly just long poles and sticks assembled like a tippi fire. You made something between a thatch hut and debris hut, but it was well made. they're are few, almost none who not only are interested in native american customs, but practive them with respect and I appreciate that. good luck on future Native American skills.

How do we know if this video is deception? I do not doubt that it was posted in good faith. But I am skeptical of anyone or anything that comes from a place of fear and sows fear.
