Oh,come on you all saying who's better, gimme a break!Comparing Steve to Marty is like comparing oranges to headphones!!! Two different styles.Marty has obviously practiced a lot the solo, maybe 'cause he wanted to impress Steve, that is one of Marty's influence, and absolutely rocked. Steve, instead, wasn't familiar with the tune, but the result isn't bad at all. However, they are two of the best guitarists in their genres and they are both very versatile (though I'm quite the Marty's fanboy)!

Im a bit confused...I am saying that Lukather is an excellent player. I do not feel that there is any disputing that assertion, and I feel that it is fact, and not merely my opinion. He has played on everyone's album that you can name, won numerous awards including 5 grammy awards...I don't know what else to say other than that I have been playing for almost 30 years, and I feel that I know good playing when I see it.

I love both of these guys. They both do amazing things with their instruments, and they both are having an absolute ball doing it. I saw Megadeth once back in the early nineties, good show, I've seen Gilbert a few times, and he never ceases to amaze me. Everyone on G3 blew me away, both with ability, and with the pure joy they take in what they do. I'd love to see Gilbert and Marty Tour together, Maybe a triple threat with Boullette, Marty, And Paul.

Seikima-II (seikimatsu) may have disbanded in 1999 but that was only because they prophesized it when they formed. They have done some awesome reunion tours since and are very much just a retired but perfectly functional heavy metal band. (I heavily recommend their live albums to any fans of melodic heavy metal, way better than any KISS)

You guys may know something about KISS (though all real KISS fans notice how different they are) but you don't know Seikima-II. Their make-up is a heavily stylized version of traditional kumadori (Kabuki face-paint). As for costumes - there are *lots* of Japanese bands that dress like that, it's pretty normal for them.
