So here she is, smoking in her car with kids in the back, and she can't reach to put the ticket in the car, so she drives up closer and still can't reach it. By then, a normal person would have opened the car door and reached out from there. But no. This retarded ass kept driving closer and then she hit the curb and smashed off the gate. Then she reversed a little bit, and THEN opened the door, but just to see if there was a scratch on her car. Then she drove off. Fucking worthless cunt.

Drivers ED wasnt a waste of money, they teach you how to drive pretty well and your insurance is cheaper too, in most states I think. But youre right, the so called "Test" is ridiculously easy, and the put more morons like the one shown in the video out on the road to endanger other people. Drive safe.

I hope they got fined for leaving the scene. That WAS an accident, and they did leave. More interested in the lack of damage to the car than the busted up armature, which probably cost quite a bit of cash.

It took me 2 hours and 50 bucks to get my license most of this time was waiting to sign papers... the theoric exam took me 15 mins. when it was done I looked at the guy and said That's all? and he said yes! I said are sure? and he said to me: what else do you think you need to do? I said that it was a car! You can kill someone with that! A license gives you the right to put your live and other people lives between your hands! I took driving lessons and my friends told me I was wasting my money!
